Job summary

Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking a top-performing sales professional for a hybrid role in New York. You will own the full sales cycle, drive new business across mid-market and emerging brands, and sell market-leading Commerce Media and AI technology.

The position offers $150K base plus $150K commission (OTE $300K) with a guaranteed commission in Q1. 5+ years in ad tech / mar tech SaaS, proven targets achievement, and experience selling to senior brand decision-makers are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ad tech / mar tech sales, with SaaS experience valued.
• Proven track record winning new business and exceeding targets.
• Strong experience selling directly to brands preferred.
• Retail/Commerce Media experience a big plus.
• Confident selling complex solutions to senior decision-makers.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to close deals.
