Job Title: Sales Director – WinCan US

Location: North America

Reports to: Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Services

Job Status: Full-Time

Educations: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 10+ years of sales management or product management, industry experience preferred.

Travel: 50%+

Summary

The Sales Director – WinCan US is responsible for the overall management of Sales, Administration and Service Teams. The Sales Director is responsible for hitting sales revenue and unit targets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with key account/high value sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute plans with RSMs to achieve annual unit/revenue goals.
  • Support RSM needs (strategy, pricing, improvement, management, motivation, coaching)
  • Assist RSMs and partner network in forecasting and growing future business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Establish/maintain solid relationships with sales partners and customers.
  • Plan and execute specific sales and product campaigns.
  • Be a leader in marketplace, known as a knowledgeable resource
  • Be part of a global team of now related sales managers
  • Assist product development with product specifications, market feedback and market testing.
  • Provide annual sales targets for annual operating plans
  • Work with senior management on market and sales information and progress.
  • Expand WinCan’s adoption in municipal asset management, engineering consulting, and utility planning.
  • Maintain and grow partnerships with OEMs, integrators, and distribution channels
  • Lead the GTM strategy, including customer segmentation, messaging, and channel enablement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and customer obsession.

Requirements and skills

  • 10+ years in software leadership, ideally in B2B infrastructure, SaaS, GIS, or asset management software.
  • Deep understanding of the public infrastructure market, especially wastewater/stormwater or related sectors.
  • Proven success in scaling a software platform, growing recurring revenues, and leading digital transitions.
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience in product-led growth and data-driven decision-making.
  • Able to manage complexity across internal business units, external partners, and diverse customer needs.
  • Strong communicator, motivator, and strategic thinker who drives results through clarity and urgency.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $124,100.00 - $186,100.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
