Raines Co. is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead all sales, marketing and revenue functions for the hotel portfolio.

The Director of Sales is responsible for the entire sales, marketing and revenue functions of the hotel, including managing the sales team.
Prior Director of Sales experience
Prior Supervisory experience in hotel sales or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft 365, brand's PMS, Delphi FDC, or similar applications
Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Associate’s degree and five years of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major preferred
Up to 75% travel requirement.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation and the ability to run off-property errands with minimal notice
