Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Security Guard to protect residents, staff, guests and property. You will patrol, monitor cameras, control access and respond to emergencies to deter misconduct and keep a safe campus.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, valid driver's license and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications (or plan to obtain within three months). Benefits include health, life and 401(k), paid time off and commuter options.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates forour Security Guard position.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, team members, visitors, and property through proactive patrols, monitoring security cameras, access control, and other life-safety systems. Responds promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents while maintaining a visible presence to deter misconduct and proactively promote a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a related field (preferred)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Must possess and maintain current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months of employment)

Pay Range

$16.43 - $19.91 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
