Hotel Daphne in Houston seeks an experienced Director of Rooms to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and Night Audit, driving guest satisfaction and revenue.

You will lead a hands-on team, develop department standards, and manage budgets while ensuring brand standards and safety compliance across all Rooms Division operations. The ideal candidate has luxury hotel experience and strong leadership, with a proven track record of elevating service levels and profitability.

Formación

• 5 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to improve guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Proficient in budgeting and operational forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for all Rooms Division operations.
• Develop and execute plans to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory.
• Coach and develop managers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
