The Barnes Hotel, part of EOS Hospitality, seeks a Director of Rooms in San Francisco to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue performance, and operational excellence in a full‑service environment.

You will mentor managers, manage budgets, and ensure safety and brand standards while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. This high‑impact role requires strategic oversight and hands‑on leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hotel management experience.
• Leadership experience in Front Office/Rooms Ops preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive guest satisfaction and monitor guest feedback platforms.
• Recruit, train, and develop department managers and supervisors.
• Assist in annual budgeting and monitor labor costs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and brand standards across all departments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy and revenue.
