PM Hotel Group is seeking a Director of Rooms for the Caption by Hyatt Hillsboro location. You will oversee hotel operations, interact with department heads, and serve as a trusted right-hand to the General Manager to ensure smooth daily performance.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, policy enforcement, staff development, and leadership presence at a high-performing property in Hillsboro. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluent English communication is required.

Responsabilidades

• Interview and hire new employees.
• Receives and resolves guest complaints.
• Assigns duties to department heads and observes performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and SOPs.
• Support the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in day-to-day operations.
• Step in as General Manager in their absence.
