The Laura Hotel – Houston, TX, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, seeks a Director of Rooms to supervise Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Laundry and to drive guest satisfaction, revenue and owner objectives.

Minimum three years of management experience (rooms and F&B preferred), deep knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, staffing and safety; strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in both rooms and F&B.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, security and safety programs, and long-range planning.
• Able to resolve guest, supervisor, and associate conflicts.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all Rooms Department Managers and ensure adherence to the property’s strategic plan.
• Communicate clearly with staff to provide direction and reinforce SOPs.
• Develop and manage the Rooms division budget and forecast; implement expense controls.
