Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a leading retail services company with several major operation brands throughout the US, is searching for a Director of Risk Management to work a hybrid role in Westborough, MA. This client is fast-growing and offers a strong benefits package which includes health insurance, 401K with match, flexible spending, etc. This role will work 4 days in office and 1 day remote per week. Responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement risk financing strategies
• Lead the placement and administration of programs
• Serve as an advisor on risk exposure and claims matters
• Develop and manage the insurance budget and allocate costs
• Manage third-party vendors
• Manage and mentor the claims management team
• Oversee third-party claims administrators
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• MBA is preferred
• 10-15 years of risk management experience
• Exposure to insurance claims, supply chain, credit risk and enterprise risk management is ideal
• Prior team management experience
• ARM or CPCU certification is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
