Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years in healthcare revenue cycle with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of RCM operations, CPT/ICD-10, and payer contracts.
• Experience with data analytics, financial reporting and revenue optimization.
• Experience with orthopaedic or specialty practices is preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle including charge capture, claims submission and posting.
• Manage AR performance, aging and collections across payers and patients.
• Oversee denials management, appeals and prevention strategies.
• Negotiate payer contracts, fee schedules and out-of-network arrangements.
• Monitor payer performance, rate changes and market trends.
• Develop dashboards and oversee P&L for financial health.
