Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks a Director of Application Support to lead and elevate enterprise store systems, merchandising, supply chain and ERP applications.

You will own L1–L3 support, manage incidents, governance, budgets, and vendor partners while driving reliability and continuous improvement across IT and business teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–15 years in IT, including 5+ years leading application support or operations with managers.
• Strong ITSM/ITIL background and experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own L1/L2/L3 application support for store systems, merchandising, supply chain/WMS, ERP, eCommerce/OMS and integrations.
• Lead incident, major incident, problem, service request, change, and escalation management with RCA and executive communications.
• Oversee budgets, governance, and SLA performance; report availability and MTTR metrics.
