MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Director of Restaurants to lead restaurant venues and teams, aligning with MGM standards and financial goals. You will guide staff recruitment, training, and coaching, while ensuring exceptional dining experiences.

The role emphasizes operating excellence, policy implementation, and continuous improvement to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability across venues.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4+ years of prior relevant experience required.
• Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred.
• Experience in a similar resort setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Asian languages preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee restaurant leadership, establish profit objectives and standards of quality, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion.
• Implement and enforce policies, procedures and training programs for restaurant staff.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel and coach restaurant staff, driving engagement and development.
• Regularly assess customer satisfaction and provide feedback on policies to meet demand and market changes.
• Manage sales, labor, and expenses using COE resources.
