Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy or administration, current LT/RRT credentials, and at least three years of experience with management responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor the Respiratory Therapy Department’s clinical operations.
• Develop and implement policies for respiratory therapy services.
• Manage staffing: interviewing, hiring, scheduling, evaluations and training.
• Oversee equipment and supply management and budget adherence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participation in quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate patient care and safety in respiratory therapies.
