Job summary

Connections in Ohio, Inc. is seeking an Intellectual Disabilities Residential Director to lead and manage multiple residential sites in Cuyahoga County.

You will supervise site managers, oversee staffing and scheduling, and ensure services align with our mission. The ideal candidate has proven leadership, coaching and mentoring skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to residential site managers and staff, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.
• Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest level of care and support.
• Oversee site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and enhance service delivery for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Ensure that all staff members are trained and consistently meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
