Job summary

Inspired Living, Bradenton, FL, seeks a Director of Resident Experience to lead a thriving program at the Hidden Lakes community. You will shape daily experiences by aligning activities with residents' interests and abilities, building meaningful connections, and driving engagement across the calendar.

You will oversee budgeting, partnerships, and transportation coordination, while coaching a team and collaborating with leadership to create a whole-community experience that celebrates residents’

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team in a senior living setting.
• Experience shaping resident engagement programs and calendars.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate activities and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resident Experience program to deliver meaningful daily experiences based on residents' interests.
• Know residents personally to incorporate their voices into activities.
• Develop and manage a dynamic monthly calendar of social, intellectual, physical, spiritual, and recreational activities.
