Job summary

Abiologics, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Research Operations leader to drive scientific operations across discovery programs, including contracting, alliance management, data room oversight for BD and Investors, IP coordination, and Board materials review.

The role partners with scientific and functional leaders to keep program information accurate, decision-ready, and aligned across teams, supporting fast-paced, early-stage biotech initiatives.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant scientific field with extensive experience in scientific operations.
• Experience building and maintaining organized data rooms for program reviews and leadership materials.
• Experience coordinating IP-related processes and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific operations across discovery programs, coordinating inputs, timelines, and decision materials.
• Manage and maintain research data rooms, ensuring materials are current and ready for review.
• Coordinate IP workflows with scientific and legal stakeholders, tracking disclosures and filings.
• Review and synthesize scientific context for Board materials and leadership reviews.
• Prepare clear, accurate materials for project reviews and senior leadership discussions.
• Drive information flow across teams to support planning and execution of research activities.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements in research coordination.
• Ensure data integrity and liaise with external vendors and supporting functions.
