Job summary

The Chief Evaluation Office (CEO) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy, U.S. Department of Labor, seeks a Program Analysis Officer to lead evaluation projects across multiple DOL programs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing evaluation studies.
• Ability to deploy scientific methods across a portfolio of projects.
• Strong coordination with stakeholders and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of evaluation approaches.
• Deploy rigorous scientific methods to evaluate DOL programs.
• Design and direct labor research and evaluation projects; support Learning Agendas and Evaluation Plan.
• Oversee quality control of evaluation designs, reports, and findings; manage contracts and grants.
• Represent CEO with internal and external stakeholders; participate in conferences and meetings.
• Oversee procurement of independent contractors and competitive grants; manage contracts within regulatory parameters.
• Manage administrative and financial processes including procurement, contracts, budgeting, and personnel management.
