Research Infrastructure Development: Build and maintain a robust research infrastructure, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), data management protocols, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Team Leadership and Mentorship: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of research professionals, including research coordinators, research assistants, and potentially post-doctoral fellows or junior investigators. Foster a collaborative and supportive research environment.

Collaboration and Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (clinicians, administrators, data science teams) and external partners (academic institutions, research networks, industry partners).

Promoting a Culture of Research: Champion a culture of inquiry and evidence-based practice throughout WeCare Medical Specialty Group, encouraging participation in research activities at all levels.

Staying Current: Remain current on the latest advancements in medical research, funding opportunities, and regulatory requirements relevant to the organization's research focus.

Qualifications:

Education: Doctoral degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a relevant biomedical or healthcare-related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in leading and managing healthcare research programs, including a demonstrated track record of securing external funding (grants, contracts).
