Simtra is seeking a Director of Reliability Engineering to lead the site reliability program within a GMP manufacturing environment. You will drive RC M programs, predictive maintenance, and data-driven improvements across manufacturing, utilities, and facilities, partnering with Engineering, Quality, Validation, and Supply Chain teams.

You will provide strategic leadership, establish KPIs, and ensure cGMP compliance while guiding capital investments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering, maintenance, or reliability in pharma/manufacturing.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience supporting FDA/EMA inspections.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the site's reliability strategy.
• Improve shutdown RTS performance and asset uptime.
• Lead RC M programs and preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Establish reliability standards, policies, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, and Manufacturing teams.
