The ideal candidate is a licensed PT/OT/SLP or PTA/COTA with strong leadership and communication skills, experienced in chart review, care planning, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Competency in therapy treatment and evaluation principles

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, screens, and treatments for patients/residents
• Review medical charts to determine need for services
• Lead interdisciplinary rehab team meetings and care planning
• Provide staff training on documentation and billing
• Ensure compliance with rehab and facility policies
• Maintain confidential medical records and billing information
• Contribute to quality assurance programs and performance improvement activities
