We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (Full-time) to lead our rehabilitation team in East Palestine, Ohio.

About the Role

As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire rehabilitation department, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our guests. Your expertise will guide our therapists and staff in delivering personalized rehabilitation plans, promoting independence, and improving functional outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, developing policies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of rehabilitation services, including therapy services, programming, and staff development
• Develop and implement rehab programs that promote patient-centered care and excellent outcomes
• Collaborate with medical staff, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Manage and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists
• Develop and manage department budgets and ensure fiscally responsible operations
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention

qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Rehabilitation or in a senior leadership role.
• Current license of PTA, or COTA.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
