Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in Montana or eligible to become licensed.

• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the rehabilitation program as Director of Rehabilitation.
• Support and develop the therapy team to deliver high-quality care.
• Oversee development of individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical leadership to ensure optimal outcomes.
