Hill Valley Healthcare in Arlington, VA is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead PT, OT, and SLP services in a skilled nursing setting. You will oversee a dynamic rehab department and drive patient outcomes through clinical excellence and strong people leadership.

About the Role:

As the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), you’ll oversee a vibrant rehab department that provides PT, OT, and SLP services in a skilled nursing setting. Your leadership will shape the success of both your team and our residents’ recovery journeys.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
• Coordinate and supervise all rehab services to ensure top-quality care
