Job summary

Eastern Montana Veteran's Home in Glendive, MT is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team in a skilled nursing setting. You will oversee rehabilitation services for long-term residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with therapists to deliver compassionate, high-quality care while supporting a dedicated, patient-first culture.

Licensed therapists MT or eligible, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in SNF rehab are preferred

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist in Montana (or eligible to become licensed).
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred.

Responsibilities
