Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center in Sheridan, WY is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team. The role involves overseeing PT/OT/ST services, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a supportive, family-like environment.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) with Wyoming licensure or eligibility, a graduation from an accredited therapy program, and a track record in skilled nursing/rehab.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in Wyoming or eligible to become licensed.
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred.
