Job summary

EPIC Healthcare seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation services across the campus. You will oversee PT, OT, and SLP teams, develop and implement therapy programs, and drive high-quality resident care.

The role requires PA licensure, proven rehabilitation management experience, strong leadership, and regulatory knowledge. You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to promote wellness, recovery, and continuity of care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as PT/OT/SLP in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in rehabilitation management, preferably in long-term care.
