Job summary

Willow Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the in-house therapy team. This full-time role involves overseeing operations, scheduling, and regulatory compliance while promoting high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.

Ideal candidates have PA licensure in PT/OT/PTA/COTA, SNF/LTC experience, and prior leadership experience. Net Health and PCC familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT, OT, PTA, or COTA in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in SNF or LTC settings.
• Prior management or rehabilitation leadership preferred.

Are you a passionate rehabilitation professional with strong leadership skills and a desire to make a difference? Willow Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our in-house therapy team!

We welcome qualified Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) who are ready to bring their clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and enthusiasm to our rehabilitation department.

Management experience is highly preferred!

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of rehabilitation professionals.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of therapy staff.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed PT, OT, PTA, or COTA in Pennsylvania.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting.
• Prior management, supervisory, or rehabilitation leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation operations, documentation requirements, and regulatory standards.
• A positive, hands-on leadership style with a commitment to supporting both staff and residents.
