Apploi is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will oversee PT, OT, and SLP services, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving staff development to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, monitor documentation and billing, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within a collaborative care environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active PA license in PT/OT/SLP required.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• SNF/long-term care experience highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and EMR systems.

Position Summary

The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for overseeing Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services. This role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes staff development, and partners with clinical leadership to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of PT, OT, and SLP departments

• Supervise, train, and support therapy staff, including performance management
