Job summary

Wheatridge Manor Care Center in Colorado is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Director to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate rehab programs across physical, occupational, and speech therapy, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

You will oversee direct patient care delivery, lead rehab staff, and implement policies while aligning with the facility's mission to provide high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology school.
• Licensed by the state in which the therapist resides or practices.
• Three (3) years of clinical experience with some prior management experience preferred.
• Commitment to Beecan mission and values.

POSITION SUMMARY

Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating rehabilitation programs, services and personnel in a manner that supports the goals of the designated facility while meeting federal and state regulations and the state specific practice acts for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Responsible for direct patient care delivery in their discipline. Completes all duties in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology school. Licensed by the state in which the therapist resides or practices, according to state requirement.
• If not licensed therapist, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of clinical experience with some prior management experience preferred.
