Job summary

Hope Springs Care Center seeks an experienced rehabilitation leader to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate therapy programs across Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. The role ensures compliant patient care delivery per regulations and Beecan policies.

The position oversees rehab staff, aligns services with facility goals, and drives policy rollout and program improvement while maintaining patient dignity and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology program; licensed in the state where practice is required.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience; prior management experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating rehabilitation programs, services and personnel in a manner that supports the goals of the designated facility while meeting federal and state regulations and the state specific practice acts for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Responsible for direct patient care delivery in their discipline. Completes all duties in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.

• Ensures ongoing rollout of new policies and procedures to departmental staff.
• Participates in facility performance improvement program.
• Participates in facility marketing activities as indicated.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology school. Licensed by the state in which the therapist resides or practices, according to state requirement.
• If not licensed therapist, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) years of clinical experience with some prior management experience preferred.
