We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation to join our team at Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Birmingham, AL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our rehabilitation programs, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Salary Range: $80k-110k based on licensure and experience.

About the Role:

As our Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation department, including developing and implementing treatment plans, staffing, and budgeting.

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

• Conducting patient assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accrediting organizations, and professional standards.

• Recruiting, motivating, and mentoring staff to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based research to continuously improve our rehabilitation programs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant.

• Active licensure in the state of Alabama and certified by the relevant professional organization.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
