Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead clinical teams across physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies. You will mentor staff, coordinate multi-disciplinary care, and ensure programs restore and enhance patients’ abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing required.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and mentors clinical team to design, implement, and execute programs.
• Collaborates with therapists to address patient needs and ensure high-quality care.
• Supports patient care across rehab disciplines and settings.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferred
2. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice
3. Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing required
4. Must have good verbal and written communication skills
5. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and problem solve appropriately
6. Must have thorough knowledge of all state practice acts
7. Must possess the ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
8. Must possess the ability to effectively manage/motivate staff.

Posted Salary Range: USD $32.34 - USD $42.74 /Hr.
