Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Regulatory Liaison to support the Integrated System Planning and Operations teams across gas and electric operations. This role involves coordinating regulatory filings, driving collaboration among distribution, transmission, gas, and energy supply, and ensuring timely, clear communications of objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years utility experience, with at least 3 years management experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive cross-organizational projects and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a consolidated regulatory calendar to support the Operating Company's strategic objectives in planning, policy, and resource transition proceedings.
• Coordinate and execute regulatory filings, budgets, and cross-team communications to support ISP.
• Foster relationships with Operations leadership and regulatory peers to share best practices and ensure timely information sharing.
