Requires a Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred, 7+ years in utilities with 3+ years in leadership. The anticipated starting base pay ranges from $148,400 to $210,733 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years utility experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of gas, electric distribution, transmission and energy supply functions and regulatory implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a consolidated regulatory calendar aligned to ISP objectives and planning.
• Direct development and execution of regulatory case plans in assigned jurisdictions.
• Coordinate operations committees to ensure alignment between ISP, Operations and Regulatory.
• Communicate the organization’s vision, mission and objectives clearly across teams and external partners.
