You will oversee development and evaluation of innovative services, manage a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with clinical leaders to enhance patient care and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for Recreational Therapist; eligibility to sit for NCTRC exam.
• Bachelor’s degree for Music Therapist; eligibility for CBMT exam.
• Master’s degree for Art Therapist; working toward ATCB registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for Recreational and Expressive Therapy programs.
• Develop engaging, evidence-based therapeutic activities that support treatment goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of therapy professionals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
