Qualifications

• ADC or CTRS certification required or eligible.
• Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or completion of NAAP/NCCAP course.
• At least 2 years of social or recreational programming experience in the past 5 years, including 1 year in healthcare patient activities.
• OT or OTA credentials are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate recreation programming for residents.
• Design individualized and group activity plans.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; foster a positive team culture.
