Job summary

Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System is seeking a Recovery Program Director to direct outpatient substance abuse services and the Chee-Woy-Na-Zhee Halfway House. The role includes clinical supervision, budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with state/federal agencies.

The Director will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, provide outreach, and maintain high confidentiality in a tribal/community health setting. Experience in addiction treatment required.

Qualifications

• Must possess LDAC and at least five years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Must pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage the Recovery Program and Chee-Woy-Na-Zhee Halfway House operations.
• Oversee clinical supervision and staff development; ensure competency of treatment staff.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and submit state/federal reports.
• Coordinate with agencies to expand services while maintaining confidentiality standards.
• Represent the program at meetings and provide counseling and outreach as needed.
