Job summary

Guardian Recovery in Wisconsin is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for our programs and staff, assuring alignment with the mission and regulatory standards.

You will oversee program quality, financial stewardship, and personnel management while building partnerships with community providers to improve outcomes for clients.

Bachelor's degree required with at least 4 years in a director or management role, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, human resources or finance.
• 4+ years in a manager or director role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Master's degree in human services (NJ locations) / Bachelor's in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling or business management (PA locations)

Responsibilities

• Execute organizational strategy and oversee program operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure performance aligns with policies and standards.
• Identify deficiencies and implement improvement measures.
• Promote GRN's mission and ensure compliant, high-quality treatment services.
• Coordinate with leadership and departments to maintain effective communication and service delivery.
