Gaudenzia Crossroads in Erie, PA seeks a leader to oversee residential treatment operations, staffing, and compliance with licensing and accreditation standards. You will manage budgets, ensure safety, and drive continuous quality improvement across clinical and administrative programs.

The role emphasizes staff development, policy implementation, and collaboration with funders and regulatory bodies to advance recovery services for clients and the community.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in medicine, psychology, social work, or counseling, with specialized training in a relevant area.
• Experience with licensing, accreditation, credentialing, and certifications preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement program improvements and effective workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure full complement of qualified staff is trained and adhere to the agency's policy and procedure manual.
• Maintain accurate census, manage the program budget and ensure adherence during the fiscal year.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure safety and proper functioning of physical plant, clinical and administrative programming.
• Maintain full licensing, accreditation, credentialing, and certifications, as appropriate.
• Identify, suggest, and implement innovative work systems and processes to promote productivity and smooth program operations.
• Identify, suggest, and implement policy and procedures.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with funding, referral, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop and maintain supportive relationships with the public and community organizations by engaging in public relations activities in coordinator with the agency's corporate office.
• Ensure that the building maintenance and overall functioning of the program, e.g., proper health and safety practices is achieved and sustained.
• Ensure that the clinical team implements and maintains an appropriate treatment schedule.
• Monitor program metrics and support activities related to agency's continuous quality improvement plan and strategic plan and implement program adjustments, as needed.
• Facilitate staff meetings, consultations, and special therapeutic activities, as required.
• Participate and provide leadership in treatment/multidisciplinary team meetings.
