Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking a qualified supervisor to lead clinical staff through training and oversight in a substance use treatment setting. The role emphasizes supervision, adherence to regulations, and ongoing professional development of therapists and counselors.

You will oversee treatment schedules, ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records, and coordinate referrals while maintaining a focus on quality client care and compliance with licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a major in addiction counseling, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or related field and clinical experience.
• Master's degree with a related major and clinical experience in health/human service settings.
• Must hold a clinical license or be certified as a Certified Clinical Supervisor, or be in licensure/certification process with deadlines.
• Complete department-approved core curriculum training including clinical supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor training plans for clinical staff in line with best practices and regulations.
• Implements treatment schedule to promote appropriate clinical interventions.
• Provide close supervision of counselors and therapists and documentation in electronic health records.
• Intervene in difficult cases and approve referrals to specialized care.
• Supervise aftercare component of treatment and manage related duties.
• Attend and facilitate meetings and special events as needed.
• Maintain a small client caseload when necessary and uphold Gaudenzia standards.
