Richard, Wayne & Roberts is seeking a Director of Real Estate based in New York to drive growth of the retailer's real estate portfolio. The role oversees the full deal process from site selection through lease negotiations and opens 15–20 new locations annually within the territory.

The candidate will develop growth plans, prepare site packages, present deals to the real estate committee, negotiate LOIs and leases, and assist leadership with portfolio matters.

Job description

We're looking for a Director of Real Estate to base in NY and join a successful retailer to drive the growth of the real estate portfolio. This key position is responsible for managing and executing the entire real deal process from site selection through lease negotiations. This person will be responsible for opening between 15-20 new locations per year within the territory.
