Job summary

MSR-FSR seeks a Director of Quality to drive improvements in the quality structure and performance across the organization. You will lead the QMS implementation to ISO 9001 standards, coordinate audits, and act as the main customer contact for quality reviews while ensuring cross‑functional quality communication and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–10 years of progressive leadership in quality roles.
• Broad knowledge of quality mgmt systems from customer and supplier perspectives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the Board of Directors and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Promote improvements in MSR-FSR’s quality structure and performance.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QMS to ISO 9001 standards.
• Attend and lead customer-facing quality review meetings and present SPC data.
• Oversee document control system and ensure access to essential records for all departments.
• Coordinate internal quality system audits and support third-party audits.
• Lead training programs for quality and onboarding related to quality awareness.
