Job summary

MSR-FSR, LLC is seeking a Director of Quality in Chandler, AZ to drive improvements in quality structure and performance and enhance competitive position. You will lead the QMS development, implementation, and continuous improvement to ISO 9001 standards and exceed customer expectations.

You will oversee audits, training, and compliance efforts while coordinating communication across the organization and serving as the key contact for customer-facing quality reviews and SPC data updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in Quality positions.
• Broad knowledge of quality management systems from customer and supplier perspectives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience leading executive-level quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality-related initiatives, including audits, training, and compliance.
• Oversee development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QMS to meet ISO 9001.
• Serve as primary contact for customer-facing quality reviews and SPC data updates.
• Coordinate internal quality system audits and third-party audits.
• Maintain centralized document control and quality training programs.
• Communicate quality metrics and improvement plans across the organization.
