Job summary

MSR-FSR is seeking a Director of Quality to drive the QMS, ISO 9001 compliance, audits, training, and customer quality reviews. This role ensures cross‑functional alignment and a companywide commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement.

The director will lead SPC initiatives, maintain document control, and oversee quality investigations while collaborating with executives to enhance competitive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, manufacturing, engineering, or related field; 5–10 years of progressive leadership in Quality.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, and ISO 9001.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with Board of Directors and executive team.

Responsibilities

• Promote opportunities to improve quality structure and performance.
• Provide guidance to deliver highest quality in MSR-FSR workplaces.
• Champion compliance with internal quality systems and rules.
• Lead customer-facing quality reviews and present SPC data.
• Monitor and drive quality investigations to completion.
• Develop and continually improve the QMS to exceed ISO9001 and customer expectations.
• Coordinate external parties on quality system matters and audits.
• Lead SPC implementation and reporting for critical parameters.
• Report quality system performance and trends to management.
