The Director of Quality Assurance & Process Improvement is a liaison to department directors, administration and medical staff to ensure the provision of quality care is monitored and continuously improved. Develops and implements strategic plans for quality improvement functions and promotes a comprehensive culture of quality throughout the facility. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in Old Vineyard's Mission.
Master's degree in Social Work or Healthcare Administration or graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with MSN preferred.
Three (3) years' of clinical experience with psychiatric mental health population. Previous management and training facilitation experience required.
Current LCSW or RN, as applicable; Current North Carolina Driver’s License; Current CPR Certification; Six Sigma certification preferred.
