Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. seeks a Director of Quality to lead the execution of business and corporate quality strategies across divisions.

You will align with the VP of Quality and ELT to strengthen brand quality, foster a culture of excellence, and drive QMS deployment that elevates customer satisfaction and competitive edge. In this role you will guide process improvements, manage quality metrics, and collaborate across functions to ensure adherence to policy, corrective actions, and COPQ reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Quality Systems Engineering within manufacturing.
• 5+ years effective team leadership.
• Proven track record of driving quality improvements.
• Automotive industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of Quality Excellence aligned with RealTruck Quality Strategy.
• Assist in creating Quality Strategy, process, and organization.
• Support company-wide culture and methodologies to drive quality processes.
• Understand and anticipate needs of key customers to meet standards.
• Monitor quality trends and define issues with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in corrective action and investigations at site level.
• Identify recurring trouble spots and install structured quality processes.
• Ensure quality metrics are deployed and targets achieved.
• Support improvements in Warranty, COPQ, Scrap, and related metrics.
