Job summary

Realtruck is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect materials and products for durability, function and conformance to specifications. You will perform in-process, first article and final inspections, collect data, and communicate findings to cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and ISO/IATF compliance.

The role involves monitoring testing procedures, generating documentation, and supporting PPAP processes while working with suppliers and internal departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in quality/manufacturing preferred.
• 2 years ISO/IATF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue In-Process Check Sheets for OEM/Aftermarket programs.
• Monitor process with data collection and runs charting.
• Report trends to Quality Assurance Management.
• Inspect and test raw materials, in-process and final products.
• Document inspection results and SOP procedures.
• Maintain data and document control per ISO/IATF.
