Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in acute care with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards, NPSGs, state/federal standards, Value-Based Purchasing, Core Measures, and HCAHPS.
• Current licensed Registered Nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality department 24/7 and other assigned areas.
• Ensure facility meets regulatory, state, and corporate standards.
• Plan, implement and direct financial and operational goals of the institution.
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, and ongoing performance evaluation of staff.
• Educate on policies and procedures and motivate teams for high-level performance.
