Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth seeks a Director of Quality, Risk and Patient Experience to provide strategic leadership for quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, and regulatory readiness across the organization. This on-site leadership role requires regular rounding and engagement with clinical teams to advance the Quality and Safety Plan.

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field and MA RN license.
• 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, risk management, regulatory affairs, or performance improvement.
• Demonstrated experience leading regulatory readiness activities and quality improvement programs.
• Exceptional communication and change leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for quality, patient safety, risk management, and regulatory readiness.
• Lead development, monitoring, and evaluation of quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Promote LEAN principles and Just Culture across the organization.
• Oversee readiness for surveys by Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulators.
• Partner with leaders to embed regulatory preparedness into daily operations.
