Malibu Boats seeks a Director of Quality to lead the quality management strategy across product development, supplier quality, manufacturing operations, and customer experience at the Fort Pierce facility. You will develop and drive objectives that embed quality into design, manufacturing, and service, while advancing regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership in manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years leading quality teams at manager/director level.
• Experience in marine or complex manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the company's quality strategy and KPIs.
• Lead QMS, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive APQP/DFQ/DFM during product development and launches.
• Own corrective actions, root cause analysis, and COPQ reduction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
